Instead of making several telephone calls, sending faxes or dropping by in person, the purchase and official correspondence will take place online. Another advantage: Both parties work in the same system, which simplifies many things. Both the farmer and the retailer have an excellent, comparable overview of all inquiries, offers and orders in a standardised form. An accompanying product consultation between retailer and farmer is of course still possible and in many cases important.
