Get to know us by phone
Now it's our turn. Our People & Organization Department invests a lot of time in reviewing your documents and discusses your profile with the respective department in advance. If we have any questions, we will contact you by phone and talk openly about a possible matching.
The initial interview
The heat is on! Ideally, the invitation to get to know each other follows. Depending on the situation, this can take place via video or in the office. The purpose of this meeting is to get to know each other and to find out whether mutual expectations can be met. After all, we also want to fulfill YOUR expectations.
Depending on the role and constellation, the individual part of the application process is now determined. For example, a trial day (2-3h), Meet the Team, a small reference task or an interview with our founders should help you and us to make an informed decision.
We generally try to make the process as efficient as possible. Our average time to offer is 12 days. If it should take a little longer, we try to keep you as up-to-date as possible.
Our contracts are now only sent digitally and no longer by post. This helps to protect the environment and saves a lot of time. Now all that remains to say is: Welcome to the Family!
Until your official start we will prepare you for the onboardings and take care of all organizational matters like equipment, timeline, introduction etc. This way you immediately feel part of our unique culture.
Our career passion project: As our number of employees grows strongly, so does our responsibility. We conduct job interviews almost entirely digitally. In order to additionally compensate for the CO2 emissions generated by our application management processes, we rely on "climate-neutral hirings". For this, we plant 10 trees for every new Agrando Talent.
